About our starting prices. Prices shown are starting prices, not fixed quotations. The final fee depends on transaction volume, record quality and completeness, reporting period, complexity and the deliverables agreed. Monthly bookkeeping starts at the stated amount for routine ongoing work; assignment and report prices apply to the defined task agreed in advance. Any work outside the agreed scope, revised fee and delivery timeframe will be discussed with you before it proceeds. Any applicable VAT or other agreed charges will be confirmed before work begins. Statutory accounts preparation, tax return preparation, VAT return submission and other formal filing services are not included unless expressly agreed.
How It Works

A clear process from first enquiry to handover.

We confirm the work before starting, so both sides understand what information is needed, what will be prepared and when delivery is expected.

STEP 01 / ENQUIRE

Tell us what you need

Describe your organisation, the records involved and the task you want help with.

STEP 02 / AGREE

Confirm the scope

We clarify required documents, deliverables, fees and the expected timeframe.

STEP 03 / PREPARE

Review the records

We carry out the agreed work and raise questions where information needs clarification.

STEP 04 / HANDOVER

Receive the output

The agreed records, summaries or schedules are provided in the confirmed format.

Before Work Begins

Clear expectations make better working arrangements.

Each assignment is based on the agreed scope and the records available for review.

01

Timing is confirmed in advance. Work begins once the required records are received, the scope is agreed and any applicable start conditions are met.

02

Additional work is discussed first. If a request falls outside the agreed scope, any revised fee and timeframe will be confirmed before proceeding.

03

Records remain important. The work relies on the information supplied. Missing, inconsistent or unclear records may require further questions and affect delivery timing.

04

Filing is not automatically included. Statutory accounts, tax returns, VAT submissions or other formal filings are included only where expressly agreed as part of the service.

05

Delivery arrangements are agreed. The format, delivery method, expected timeframe and any follow-up support are confirmed for the individual assignment.
